Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Within Sweden

We offer shipping throughout Sweden with reliable carriers (e.g., PostNord, DHL, or Schenker).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of 49 SEK, or free shipping on orders over 500 SEK.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping within the EU.

Delivery Time: 4–10 business days depending on destination.
Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Customs fees, VAT, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you're based in or near Stockholm, we may offer local pickup from The Sacred Sauna studio. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist as best we can.
